On the 22nd of October 2007 in The Hague The Netherlands at Hotel Des Indes the constitutive meeting of founding fathers of the International Ship Recycling Association (I.S.R.A) was held. The founding fathers present have by that occasion undersigned this protocol with their names in handwriting authorising the initiators Tom Peter Blankestijn and Bernard Veldhoven to formally incorporate I.S.R.A.
